Our goal is to understand your vision and establish the overall direction of the design together.<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>01. Site Survey &amp; Project Information<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>For renovation projects, we carry out a site survey to accurately record the existing space, dimensions and conditions. For new-build projects, we work with the available architectural drawings and project information provided by you.<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>02. Moodboard &amp; Initial Design Proposal<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Based on our discussions, we create a moodboard that establishes the aesthetic direction of the project \u2014 including materials, colours, textures, style and overall atmosphere. <\/em><em>We then present the first design proposals in floor plan format, allowing us to explore and refine the functional organisation and layout of the space.<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>03. 3D Design &amp; Photorealistic Visualisations<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Once the floor plan has been finalised, we move on to the 3D design of the space. <\/em><em>Through photorealistic visualisations, you can see the proposed design in detail, including materials, colours, lighting, furniture, custom elements and other design features. <\/em><em>This stage allows us to review and refine the proposal together before moving on to the implementation phase.<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>04. Technical &amp; Construction Documentation<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Once the 3D design has been approved, we proceed with the detailed design and construction documentation. This includes all the necessary technical and construction drawings required for the implementation of the design.<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>05. Support During Implementation<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>If agreed as part of the collaboration, we can provide additional support throughout the implementation process, including product and material research, sourcing and selection, as well as joint visits to showrooms, stores and suppliers. <\/em><em>We can also visit the site during construction to clarify the drawings, resolve design-related questions and assist with setting out and positioning, where required. <\/em><em>Once the project is completed, we can also undertake the final styling of the space, selecting and arranging decorative elements, objects and finishing details that complete the overall design.<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Project Implementation<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>The construction and execution of the project, as well as obtaining any permits or approvals that may be required, are not undertaken directly by our studio. <\/em><em>However, if requested, we can put you in contact with trusted external professionals and contractors we collaborate with, depending on the specific requirements of each project.<\/em><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><em>Throughout the process, we place great importance on clear communication, collaboration and attention to detail, ensuring that the design evolves in an organised and transparent way and that the final result reflects your needs, lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6655f3 elementor-widget-divider--separator-type-pattern elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"a6655f3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\" style=\"--divider-pattern-url: url(&quot;data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg xmlns=&#039;http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg&#039;
